"Sapphic and Sanguine" with Evolution of Horror
Special Live Podcast

Though sapphic bloodsuckers have been around since the mid-19th century, the '60s and '70s saw sexploitation merge with horror to create a new genre: The lesbian vampire film. With a history as varied, taboo breaking and often empowering as queer vampirism it seems only fitting to dive our fangs in.

The Evolution of Horror is an award winning weekly movie discussion podcast that covers the history of horror cinema, one sub-genre at a time. Currently in their 8th season, exploring the entire breadth of the Vampire genre, we are delighted to welcome dear friends Mike Muncer and Louise Blain to vamp it up with us live.
